Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen Mango: Rich in Vitamin C, E, and A to support collagen production.
- 1/4 Avocado: Provides healthy fats and minerals for increased elasticity and firmness.
- 1 handful (fresh or frozen) Green leafy vegetables (we love Kale): Rich in Vitamins A, K, and C, antioxidants, and phytonutrients.
- 2 drops Vitamin D Oil: Helps reduce irritation and inflammation.
- 1 tablespoon hulled Hemp seeds and/or Chia seeds: Provides ALAs, protein, and magnesium.
- 1 tablespoon LSA Powder: Adds fiber and essential fatty acids.

Instructions:
